Beautiful views. Relaxing pool. Perfect spot for our multi-generational vacation. Younger crowd could walk into town in about 30 minutes. Host very responsive and helpful.

This place was so hard to leave. We enjoyed every moment of being here. It was so clean and quiet, and the hosts were amazing and so responsive. Andrea and Slav really take such good care of their properties and guests. The house is everything you can dream of for the South of France. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed sitting in the tower every night and taking in the gorgeous view.

This property met and exceeded expectations! Everything was immaculate and even better than the photos. The view from the backyard was spectacular, the pool was large and clean and the gardens were magical. My daughter loved walking around collecting fruit that had fallen off the trees. There were many hiking trails nearby and a nice supermarket just a few minutes drive away. The only downside was that it’s a bit far out of town (about 15-20mins away from the restaurants), but we really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and eating at home. Both the kitchen and dining tables have fantastic views through the wall of glass doors in the back of the home. Andrea and her husband Slav were incredibly friendly and helpful, sharing recommendations for dining, scheduling massages and quickly taking care of a few minor issues.

Andrea was a superb host. Highly responsive and accommodating to all requests - and incredibly friendly. The Villa was more than we could have hoped for — incredible property, amazing vistas, and immaculate. We actually adjusted our daily plans to ensure we had time to enjoy afternoons poolside. Once you get used to driving the streets around Nice, easy access to wonderful cities along the French Riviera including Eze, Antibes, Cannes, and Monaco. We will certainly be back.

Outstanding experience on all fronts: incredible villa and views of Nice, fully equipped with high quality furniture and accessories. Cleaning was spotless. Everything is fully thought through to guarantee a luxury experience. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you very much Slav and Andrea!

Super host and wonderful villa for family vacation.

This house was amazing. Not only was the location, neighborhood, and atmosphere extraordinary but the house exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We arrived to a perfectly cleaned house with amazing decor and layout. It was perfect for our large group to be together but also to have our own space. In addition the hosts were very helpful and easy to reach.

Hands down the best Airbnb in Nice. It has million dollar views. My kids loved the pool (and our hosts). Andrea really did make us feel at ease and relaxed. I highly recommend this property. It’s a 10 for me.

A great place for a family vacation, amazing outside area with lots of greenery and a spectacular view. Everything inside the house is brand new and clean. The host is very nice and attentive.
